We understand that circumstances may require an order to be cancelled. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures applicable to order cancellations.  

Cancellation Before Dispatch  

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or prior to dispatch, whichever occurs first    
   
• Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our customer support team via email    
   
• Once approved, the full payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days  

Orders Already Dispatched  

• Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped    
   
• Customers may initiate a return after delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy  

Order Changes and Modifications  

• Modifications to products or delivery addresses are not allowed once an order is placed    
   
• If changes are needed, eligible orders must be cancelled and a fresh order must be placed
